It’s hard to take a picture of chili and make it look appetizing. Anyway, I’m pretty sure you can just do whatever and come out with some pretty good chili. That being said, this chili is a winter staple for us, Hubs’ favorite, and he says he’s made this recipe more than any other ever ever ever. It’s his favorite for a reason. It’s deLISH. (I was going to make a joke about Gordon Lish here, but couldn’t figure out how to work it in.)
