The Hubs made this up. It was really good, though I think the ham chunks in the soup were unnecessary because the whole thing basically tasted ham-y. He soaked the beans over night, cooked the beans in some water for a couple hours, threw in a ham bone from this awesome ham we got at the farmer’s market, and then sauteed some garlic and onion, threw that in, threw some kale in, let that cook for about ten minutes or so, and then BAM we had a really great soup. We like soup.
