When Martha Stewart recommends that you use a nonstick pan for pan searing, she goddamn means it. Now my beautiful cuisinart pan has a scaly film stuck to the bottom, and holy crap am I dreading cleaning it. I’m full of dread and despair anyway today, but this fish really has added some unfunny comedy to my evening. Luckily this Muppet movie is on.
